So, It has been brought to my attention, that some members of the Free Company are unhappy, with the sudden standstill of larger guild runs or progression runs, together as an FC.

Yes, there is always an option to use the Duty Finder and watch a video on a dungeon and just hope for the best. But that generally does not work out too well… or the satisfaction of clearing, knowing that you contributed to the raid. Also, the possibly of completing the raids with friends or the FC is always redeeming knowing that our teamwork and skill alone got us through the dungeon.

There are other reasons, but they generally fit in with what's above.

Now, As of now according to the Coil Spreadsheet, we have 15 competent people who are able to clear Turns 1 - 4. Although there might be a few that might be missing, so give or take, 4 to 5 extra people, including other members who are just hitting 50 now.

That's easily about 24 or 25 people capable of doing runs, such as The coil or Extreme mode primals. Although this does not guarantee that everyone wants to do raiding, as they play casually or have no interest in the particular dungeon.

Now, As our main static in the FC, we have completed Turn 4, and soon will be starting Turn 5. But there is no accurate date to when we are running, it's more like an impulse decision, or something of the like.

This has been the case with Turn 1 - 4, and CT kinda.

So the problem is evident, and we can easily correct this. Having scheduled guild runs. Not only do we have something to look forward to, but we can meet and talk to more people in the FC.

Personally, I feel like I only really know the people on TS3, and Priscilla , but thats just me. I'm not entirely sure about everyone else, besides the small talk in the FC.

Anywho, Tl:DR scheduled runs for our static and other FC members who are just in the Background. I don't know the exact details to set up a run. But I'm sure we can work something out easily.

Also more people equal more runners and more overall runs, so it's a win-win situation.

This could work for other things as welk, PvP Night, Bray Night. Etc., the list goes on.
